2008 TOWLL SAFETY MANUAL * - The purpose of the Town of Wallkill Little League (TOWLL) Safety Plan is to provide guidance in order to ensure the safety of players, managers, coaches, umpires, and spectators and to promote safety awareness among all members of the league. The elements of this safety plan include education, training, health awareness, care and maintenance of fields and equipment and applicable funding.
