Refunds:

TOWLL will issue refunds for registration fees if TOWLL is notified of a player's withdrawal prior to the player being placed on a team.

Players are placed on teams according to the following schedule: Majors and Minor A in early February; Minor B and Tee Ball in late February; Softball in March; Juniors and Seniors in March. 

TOWLL will not issue a refund once a player is placed on a team.
